Alabama won the college football championship with a 37-21 win over Texas. For Alabama's administrators, now comes the hard part: building an academic program the football team can be proud of.



Obama Speech Delays
President Obama gave a major speech on homeland security Thursday, but it was delivered three and a half hours late because he most of the news media coming to cover the story was stuck in an airport security line



Plane Delay
U.S. authorities arrested an unruly air passenger minutes before takeoff of an airplane bound from Miami to Detroit, after the man shouted that he wanted to "kill all the Jews." This is what happens when Mel Gibson flies commercial.



"Made in China" Campaign
China has launched a new TV ad campaign in the U.S. touting all the products that are made in China. Rival countries want to launch their own ad campaign to talk about all the products not made in China, but TV ads have to be at least 15 seconds.



Stimulus Cops
The good news is the White House says it's putting more watchdogs on the job of making sure the stimulus money isn't wasted. Th bad news is they're using the security guards from Newark Airport.
