What About The Steering Committee?
The "flying car" Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was banned from a British lord mayor's procession – because the vehicle is not appropriately road-registered. Thousands of people were looking forward to seeing the car in Norwich, but authorities said the paperwork was more important than public opinion.
