324: Licinius abdicates his position as Roman Emperor… mostly to pursue his solo career.
1777: George Washington's Continental Army goes into winter quarters at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. In order to keep warm, Washington is forced to adopt a “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy.
