We see many strange birds among the tourists that visit Bergen during the summer. I spotted this one among the souvenir stalls near our local Fish-market today. Despite the rain that was pouring down and a temperature around 15 degrees C, he seemed to have kept his playful mode and to bring his own sunshine.I think the locals have a lot to learn from him.
